Lari Park holds that feeling and has created a heaven for all, expats and locals, to come together as one big happy family. There are thirty-seven villas all together, and already Thirty Two villas have been leased. The location of the compound is very peaceful and private, not to mention quite easy to find in terms of direction. The villas are secured with constant supervision and top notch security.

The layout and architecture of the villas is a blend of modern and arabesque. There are four types of villas, prices ranging from BD850 to BD1600. The smallest villa is a duplex with one additional room and a maids quarter. The second villa is a one storey villa with four bedrooms, a maid quarter and a garden. The third villa is also a one storey with four bedrooms a front garden and a private swimming pool. Upon entering Lari Park, you will be facing the recreation center, otherwise known as the club house. The recreation center consists of an outdoor swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, two gymnasiums an indoor Steam Room and Jacuzzi with each gymnasium. There will also be a Tennis Court and Squash court. All your fitness needs will be answered.

All villas have central air conditioning and are semi-furnished with Curtains, Tiled Floors, Refrigerator, Stove and Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Washer and Dryer. All kitchen
amenities and electronics are from Whirlpool.
